Best Pink Paint Color for Front Door

We love the way paint can really transform any space. Finding the right paint color to fit your space and style is so important. A front door is one of the first things you see when you pull up to a house. You can opt to have it blend in with the rest of the exterior by choosing a paint that is already being used in the color scheme, or go with a fun accent color that pops and speaks to the style inside. We've spent countless hours searching for paints that have certain undertones, paints that aren't too dark or too pale, paints that can adapt as our styles evolve…. so we decided to start this blog series to share our favorites!

We wanted to start with pink paint colors for your front door because it's been fresh on our minds. Elizabeth has been looking for a color to paint hers both inside and out, and I've been looking to change up the inside of my front door too. For our decor we've found that pinks with warmer undertones tend to compliment other colors nicely. Plus, warmer pinks tend to be a bit more grown-up and sophisticated – no bubblegum pinks here 🙂 If you're working with a warm color palette in your home like us, go for pinks with orange or even a little brown in them. This will keep things consistent and cohesive.

All of these pinks are awesome choices when it comes to selecting a paint color for your front door. None of them will be too loud or leave your neighbors whispering "what was she thinking…?" Coral Perfection by Sherwin-Williams

This gorgeous pink is the softest of our picks. It has a beautiful warm undertone with a hint of pale coral. We love how it looks here in this photo on Brooke's front door!

Nobel Blush by BEHR

We love Nobel Blush by BEHR because it strikes such a nice balance between not being too dusty or too light. It's a really pretty warm blush with slightly peachy undertones. This is the color Elizabeth decided on for her own front door and we can't wait to start that project!

Shiny Kettle by BEHR

Finally there's Shiny Kettle by BEHR. This one might be the most underrated of them all! I wasn't able to find a great front door photo of this one but it was actually the one I chose for my own front door. I love how it has earthy brown undertones but it's not so dusty that it still comes off as fun and vibrant. I would describe it like a light pink terra cotta. I painted my moss bowl in this color and put a photo of it here to give you an idea!
